Confrontiamole

La prima cosa che salta alla mia attenzione sono sicuramente le spazzole, Cecotec conga PopStar 14800 ne ha due, posizionate rispettivamente una davanti una dietro.

Questo mi sono accorta permette ad una pulizia più veloce, perché lo sporco che non raccoglie la spazzola di davanti lo raccoglie quella che sta dietro.

600g.carne lessa privata da eventuali nervetti e grassi vari ,sminuzzata a coltello
1 porro
1 carota
1 fetta di prosciutto crudo(avanzo di frigo
olio evo

PROCEDIMENTO
Affettate porro,carota e prosciutto,appassite il tutto in olio,unite i piselli,salate
e portate a cottura,aggiungete ora la carne,fate insaporire e a VS scelta,servite
semplicemente…..OPPURE….unite prima di spegnere uova e formaggio sbattuto
con sale e pepe!!
