<div>Branzino da 1,5 kg circa, patate, fieno preferibilmente di primo taglio, pane nero (io ho utilizzato il&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.pema.de/it/pema-classico.html">PEMA Classico &#8211; Di Segale Integrale</a> di <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.pema.de/it">PEMA Vollkorn-Spezialitäten Heinrich Leupoldt KG</a>).&nbsp;</div>

<div><span><b>Preparazione:&nbsp;</b></span></div>

<div>Pulite il branzino, ma non squamatelo. Prendete una teglia da forno, ricopritela con la carta forno, mettete uno strato di sale, uno strato di fieno, il branzino, facendo attenzione che il sale non entri dentro la pancia dello stesso. Sopra al branzino mettete ancora uno strato di fieno e poi il sale a chiudere tutto. Cuocere in forno a 200/220° per circa 35/40 minuti.&nbsp;</div>
<div>Pelate le patate e tagliatele con l&#8217;apposito strumento per farle rigate (io ho utilizzato l&#8217;<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.banggood.com/it/Stainless-Steel-Potato-Waves-Crinkle-Cutter-Slicer-Home-Kitchen-Chip-Blade-p-974077.html">Affetta patate ad onde</a> di <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.banggood.com/it">Banggood.com</a>). Cuocetele a vapore a microonde per circa 8/10 minuti a massima potenza. Poi mettete in forno, nella parte sotto in branzino, per qualche minuto. Potete servire qualche pezzetto del vostro branzino profumato al fieno sul pane Pema. Se volete potete aggiungere Shoyu, olio o salsa di aceto balsamico.&nbsp;</div>
