<p><span>Io li ho serviti accompagnandoli con <b><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.laveracresciadigubbio.net/" target="_blank">La Vera Crescia di Gubbio</a>, versatile e profumata, </b>dal profumo di <b>antiche tradizioni umbre</b>.</span></p>
<p><span>INGREDIENTI (per 4/6 persone)</span></p>
<div>
<ul>
<li>funghi 800 g</li>
<li>pangrattato 200 g</li>
<li>parmigiano grattugiato 100 g</li>
<li>aglio 1 spicchio</li>
<li>prezzemolo 5/6 rametti</li>
<li>olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva</li>
<li>sale</li>
<li>pepe</li>

<div>PROCEDIMENTO</div>
<div>Spuntare i funghi togliendo la parte terrosa con un coltellino.</div>
<div>Lavarli velocemente e asciugarli.</div>
<div>Staccare i gambi e metterli nel mixer insieme a 150 g di pangrattato, 50 g parmigiano, l&#8217;aglio pelato, il prezzemolo, sale, pepe e un filo d&#8217;olio.</div>
<div>Mixare a scatti fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea abbastanza densa.</div>
<div>Riempire le teste dei funghi con questa crema.</div>
<div>Mettere un filo d&#8217;olio in una teglia da forno antiaderente e disporvi i funghi ripieni a testa in su.</div>
<div>Cospargere con il pangrattato e il parmigiano rimasti, condire con un filo d&#8217;olio e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C fino a doratura (circa 10/15 minuti).</div>
<div>Sfornare e servire tiepidi o freddi, accompagnandoli con focaccia calda.</div>

<p>PROCEDIMENTO
<div>Lavare le melanzane, spuntarle e tagliarle a fette di circa 1/2 cm.</div>
<div>Mettere un foglio di carta da forno sulla teglia e un filo d&#8217;olio.</div>
<div>Distribuirvi le melanzane in un solo strato.</div>
<div>Mettere sopra ogni melanzana un cucchiaio di salsa di pomodoro, qualche fogliolina di basilico, pezzetti di mozzarella, un po&#8217; di parmigiano, sale, pepe e un filo d&#8217;olio.</div>
<div>Cuocere in forno preriscaldato per circa 15 minuti, fino a sciogliere la mozzarella: devono risultare leggermente gratinate in superficie, ma non troppo cotte.</div>
<div>Sfornare e servire tiepide.</div>
<div>Sono buone anche fredde.</div>
