<div><span><span><span>Scegli tu se impastare a mano o col Bimby. Ecco i procedimenti:</span></span></span></div>

<div><span><span>Per l&#8217;impasto io non ho utilizzato il Bimby, ma ho effettuato il tutto a mano.</span></span></div>

<div><span><span>Per prima cosa inserisci il pane a pezzetti in un contenitore con del latte </span></span><span><span><span><span> (non metterne troppo) </span></span>e fai ammollare. </span></span></div>

<div><span><span>Quando il pane avrà assorbito il latte frulla tutto, io ho usato il Minipimer!</span></span></div>

<div><span><span>Inserisci il prezzemolo e l&#8217;aglio nel boccale e dai qualche colpetto di Turbo per sminuzzare!</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Unisci la carne, l&#8217;uovo, il pane ammollato, il sale e imposta 30 sec. vel. 3.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Togli dal boccale e metti da parte.</span></span></div>

<div><span><span>Dopo aver preparato l&#8217;impasto col metodo che preferisci, &nbsp;prepara il sughetto in questo modo: </span></span></div>

<div><span><span>Con un cucchiaio prendi un pò di impasto e tienilo nel palmo della mano (conviene ungere le mani con olio altrimenti la carne si appiccica), inserisci un pezzo di formaggio e chiudi con un altro pò di impasto e chiudi a polpetta.</span></span></div>

<div><span><span>La grandezza della polpetta dipende dalla grandezza del pezzo di formaggio da inserire, pezzi grandi&#8230; polpette grandi, pezzi piccoli polpette piccole!</span></span></p>

<div><span><span>Aggiungi a ciò che avevi lasciato nel boccale: il vino, l&#8217;acqua e il sale e imposta 5 min. vel. 4 temp. Varoma.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Al termine dei 5 minuti precedenti, posiziona il vassoio sul boccale e continua la cottura per altri 30-35 min. (dipende da quanto sono grandi le polpette).</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Se il sughetto ti sembra troppo liquido, aggiungi 1 o più minuti a temp. Varoma fino a che avrà raggiunto la densità che desideri.</span></span></div>
