<p>INGREDIENTI</p>
<p>100g.banana matura tagliata a tocchetti<br />80g.fecola<br />40g.farina x dolci<br />50g.latte di Avena (quello avevo in questi giorni</p>
<p>60g.zucchero<br />2 cucchiai colmi di Nocciolata senza latte <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.rigonidiasiago.it/nocciolata/nocciolata-senza-latte/">Rigoni di Asiago&nbsp;</a><br />30g.di olio di arachidi<br />1 uovo intero<br />mezza bustina di lievito x dolci<br />zucchero a velo q.b</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />In un contenitore mescoliamo le farine con il lievito&#8230;.<br />A parte frulliamo banana ,latte,nocciolata,zucchero,olio e uovo,mescolato il tutto lo uniremo<br />alle farine molto delicatamente, verseremo in una tortiera con cerniera (20/22cm)<br />gia&#8217; imburrata e infarinata e porteremo in forno caldo a 180° x circa 20/25&#8242;!!<br />Estratta dal forno,spolverare con zucchero a velo&#8230;<br />e tagliata a fette cosparsa di golosa nocciolata!!</p>

<p><span>Ricordo che un vecchio amico di famiglia ( morto centenario) quando arrivava la stagione dell&#8217;uva faceva la cura dell&#8217;uva appunto..</span><br /><span>La sera pane e uva e basta!!</span><br /><span>Ora viene raccomandato dai dietisti di non esagerare con la frutta: un frutto a pranzo e uno a cena&#8230;</span><br /><span>Ma la frutta è così irresistibile che è difficile non trasgredire!!</span><br /><span>Io a volte la mangio a anche a colazione o tra un pasto e l&#8217;altro ..</span><br /><span>Per fortuna non ho il diabete altrimenti il discorso cambierebbe drasticamente!!</span><br /><span>La tortina all&#8217;uva è un dolce delizioso reso ancor più morbida dall&#8217;aggiunta di qualche pezzetto di pesca ..</span><br /><span>Spero che la ricetta &nbsp;che ripropongo all&#8217;attenzione delle amiche, visto che le scuole sono ricominciate senza mensa e &nbsp;la materna con orario ridotto (!) e quindi ho badato alla mia nipotina, piaccia alle amiche che passano di qui !!!</span><br /><span><br /></span>

<p>INGREDIENTI<br />1 foglio di pasta brise&#8217;<br />1/2 barattolo di <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.rigonidiasiago.com/nocciolata.1.html">nocciolata Rigoni di Asiago</a><br />300g di ricotta di bufala<br />1 parte di croccante di nocciole tritato grossolano e 1 &nbsp;parte tritata finissima</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO:<br />Frullate la ricotta e renderla liscia,aggiungete la &nbsp;nocciolata e mescolate il tutto.<br />Foderate con la pasta brise&#8217; una teglia x crostate e &nbsp;bucherellatela &nbsp;con i rebbi di una<br />forchetta,ricoprite ora la base con la granella di croccante e poi con la crema ottenuta,<br />rimboccate i bordi di pasta sulla crema e al centro spolverizzate con la polvere di croccante!!<br />Infornate a forno caldo 180°x 20&#8242; circa(regolandovi sempre con i vs forni)<br />Di sicuro i bimbi la mangeranno..e non solo loro!!!!</p>

<p><span>Ricordo che un vecchio amico di famiglia ( morto centenario) quando arrivava la stagione dell&#8217;uva faceva la cura dell&#8217;uva appunto..</span><br /><span>La sera pane e uva e basta!!</span><br /><span>Ora viene raccomandato dai dietisti di non esagerare con la frutta: un frutto a pranzo e uno a cena&#8230;</span><br /><span>Ma la frutta è così irresistibile che è difficile non trasgredire!!</span><br /><span>Io a volte la mangio a anche a colazione o tra un pasto e l&#8217;altro ..</span><br /><span>Per fortuna non ho il diabete altrimenti il discorso cambierebbe drasticamente!!</span><br /><span>La tortina all&#8217;uva è un dolce delizioso reso ancor più morbida dall&#8217;aggiunta di qualche pezzetto di pesca ..</span><br /><span>Spero che la ricetta piaccia alle amiche che passano di qui !!!</span><br /><span><br /></span>
