<div>Guarnizione: 300 g di fragole, panna montata, coloranti per alimenti, 50 g di cioccolato fondente.</div>

<p>Dopo aver fatto raffreddare la chiffon cake, tagliatela a fette regolari.</p>

<p>Intanto mescolate lo zucchero con il mascarpone e unite la panna.</p>

<p>&nbsp;Qualche oretta prima di farcire mettete le fragole destinate alla bagna,&nbsp; con lo zucchero e il limone in frigo: si formerà uno sciroppo che servirà ad inumidire la base. Ne basta poco perchè la chiffon è già molto morbida di suo.

<p>Formate gli strati alternando la chiffon, la bagna, la crema e i pezzetti sgocciolati di fragole. Io ho realizzato tre strati.</p>
