			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b><span>Care lettrici, buonasera, ci prepariamo tutte insieme al Santo Natale; giorno di grande amore, riunioni di famiglie, ma anche momenti da dedicare alla cucina &nbsp;e tirar fuori le nostre ricette!</span></b><br /><b><span>Oggi, infatti, vi presento un piatto che nella mia famiglia durante le feste natalizie, non manca mai, è cioè il baccalà o stoccafisso, che potete trovarlo in commercio già in ammollo, come in questa mia ricetta, &nbsp;oppure essiccato sotto sale, in quest&#8217;ultima occasione prima di utilizzarlo dovete &nbsp;tenerlo in acqua per almeno una settimana, curandovi di cambiare l&#8217;acqua ogni due giorni.</span></b></p>

<p><b><i><span><br /></span></i></b><b><span>Quando l&#8217;acqua bolle, noterete, una sorta di schiuma nella pentola, quella vi sta ad indicare che il baccalà è quasi cotto, abbassate &nbsp;la fiamma e lasciatelo cuocere per altri 10 minuti.</span></b><br /><b><span><br /></span></b>
