<p>INGREDIENTI<br />Calamari puliti e lavati<br />taralli sugna e pepe con mandorle(non avendoli usate del pane<br />friarielli ripassati in padella con olio aglio e peperoncino( &nbsp;tipo di broccolo<br />del buon formaggio piccante tagliato a dadini</p>
<p>PER il Sugo<br />Pelati<br />olio evo<br />aglio<br />sale e pepe</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Mentre cuoce il sugo,mescolare la verdura con il tarallo sbriciolato e formaggio e con<br />questo farcire i calamari,chiudere con uno stecchino e adagiarli nel sugo,lascere cuocere<br />cca 20&#8242;,poi spegnere,estrarre i calamari e tagliarli a fette ,servire &nbsp;con abbondante sugo!!</p>
