<div><span><i><span>Mescolare poi versare l&#8217;acqua, l&#8217;olio e continuare ad impastare, per ultimo aggiungere il sale, continuare ad impastare fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio e compatto. Mettere l&#8217;impasto ottenuto in un&#8217;ampia ciotola coprire con la pellicola e lasciarlo lievitare per almeno due ore, ora che siamo nella stagione fredda,&nbsp; ma basta anche solo un&#8217;ora nella stagione calda. Trascorso il tempo riprendere l&#8217;impasto che avrà raddoppiato il suo volume&nbsp;</span></i></span></div>
