<p>&nbsp;le salse senapate che buone&nbsp; e la prima&nbsp; provata &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.è stata questa ai Peperoni!!</p>
<p>Vi basteranno 2 soli ingredienti:<br />Frolla sottile gia&#8217; pronta<br /><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.boschetti1891.it/le-salse-senapate/">Salsa senapata ai Peperoni Boschetti 1891</a></p>
<p>Srotolate la pasta ,copritela con la salsa,tagliate tante striscette con un taglia pasta e arrotolate<br />singolarmente,&#8230;in forno a 180°x cca 10&#8242;(regolatevi coi vs forni)</p>

<p>INGREDIENTI<br />600g.farina tipo 1<br />100g.farina semola rimacinata<br />350g circa .acqua tiepida<br />1 cucchiaino zucchero<br />20g.lievito di birra<br />50g.olio o burro<br />15g.sale(a vs gusto aumentare o diminuire<br />semi di sesamo e girasole<br />PER farcire<br />olive nere denocciolate tritate<br />pancetta coppata tritata<br />cipolle stufate in olio evo e cotte con la pancetta<br />uvetta ammollata in acqua tiepida</p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO:<br />Sciogliere il lievito nell&#8217;acqua con un cucchiaino di zucchero,metterla&nbsp; nell&#8217;impastatrice<br />e versare di colpo la farina,iniziare ad impastare qualche minuto tutta la farina poi unire<br />olio e sale,continuare ad impastare fino a far compattare l&#8217;impasto rendendolo liscio.<br />Lasciarlo lievitare coperto x 1 ora&#8230;.poi&#8230;<br />Dividerlo&nbsp; in 4 parti e a mano a mano mescolare i vari ingredienti,,formare x ogni impasto<br />varie palline,poggiarli in teglia e coprirli con una tovaglia e lasciarli crescere !!<br />In forno a 170° per circa 20&#8242;!!!!!!<br />(dopo averli spennelati con uova e latte e semi di&nbsp; sesamo&nbsp; e papavero )</p>
