<div><u>Procedimento</u>:</div>

<div>In una ciotola amalgamate la ricotta con lo zucchero. Unite la farina di cocco e il rum, amalgamate il tutto.</div>
<div>Fate riposare l&#8217;impasto in frigorifero per circa 30 minuti. Formate delle palline, da rotolare tra le mani e adagiatele in un piatto. In due ciotoline mettete il cacao e il cocco, rotolate le palline fino a quando saranno ben coperti. Adagiateli nei pirottini e conservate in frigo fino al momento di servire.</div>
