<div><u>Cosa vi occorre: </u></div>

<div>gr 500 ali di pollo</div>
<div>2 spicchi di aglio</div>
<div>3 cucchiai di miele</div>
<div>ml 100 salsa di soia</div>
<div>1 cucchiaio di senape&nbsp;</div>
<div>1 cucchiaio di salsa worcester</div>
<div>3 cucchiaio di olio extra vergine di oliva</div>
<div>sale e pepe</div>

<div><u>Procedimento:</u></div>

<div>Fondamentale per la glassatura delle ali di pollo è la marinata che va preparata miscelando in una ciotola la salsa di soia, la salsa worcester, la senape, il miele, l&#8217;olio extra vergine di oliva, gli spicchi di aglio schiacciati e sale e pepe.</div>

<div>Ho poi ben pulito e lavato le ali di pollo ed immerse nella marinata.</p>

<div>Ho massaggiato la carne con il succo e lasciate a marinare per circa 2/3 ore in frigo.</div>
<div>Ho sistemato poi le ali di pollo in una placca da forno con carta oleata.</div>

<div>Ho cotto in forno a 180° per circa 30 minuti.</div>
<div>Ho girato spesso la carne in modo che rosoli da tutti i lati.</div>
