<li><span>500 g di Farina 0 (io 250 g di Grano Tenero e 250 g di Manitoba)</span></li>
<li><span>200 ml di Latte</span></li>
<li><span>100 g di Burro a pezzi</span></li>
<li><span>1 Uovo</span></li>
<li><span>5 g di Zucchero</span></li>
<li><span>10 g di Sale</span></li>
<li><span>10 g di Lievito di Birra Fresco (io 3 g di lievito secco )</span></li>
</ul>
<div><span>si ottiene calcolando 10<b>&nbsp;x 7 : 23 = 3,0434</b><span>&nbsp;che arrotondi. Quindi te ne serve&nbsp;</span><b>3</b><span>&nbsp;grammi.</span></span></div>

<div><span>In una ciotola versare il latte, lo zucchero, il lievito e metà farina.</span></div>

<div><span>Amalgamare il tutto e fare riposare per 30 minuti.</span></div>

<div><span>Io ho versato la farina, il lievito secco e lo zucchero.</span></div>

<div><span>Mischiare bene e creare una piccola buca in cui versate l&#8217;uovo</span></div>
<div><span>leggermente sbattuto, il sale e il burro.</span></div>
<div><span><br /></span></div>
<div><span>Lavorare l&#8217;impasto energicamente.</span></div>
<div><span><br /></span></div>
<div><span>Formare un panetto liscio e lasciare riposare fino al raddoppio.</span></div>
<div><span><br /></span></div>
<div><span>Trascorso le due ore formare piccole palline da 40/50 g.</span></div>

<div><span>Lasciare lievitare per 1 ora.</span></div>
<div><span><br /></span></div>
<div><span>Preriscaldare il forno 220°C e condite il pomodoro.</span></div>

<div><span>Schiacciare leggermente le palline solo al centro.</span></div>

<div><span>Infornare per circa 12 minuti.</span></div>

<div><span>Devono risultare dorate e morbide.</span></div>

<div><span>Cospargere con il parmigiano grattugiato e qualche foglia di basilico.</span></div>
