<div><span><span>Tagliamola a pezzetti dello spessore di mezzo cm circa.</span></span></div>

<div><span><span>In&nbsp; una padella dal fondo largo, mettiamo dell&#8217;olio d’oliva  e quando l’olio sarà caldo immergiamo le fettine di zucca facendole cuocere&nbsp; un paio di  minuti per lato.</span></span> </div>

<div><span><span>Scoliamole su un piatto e saliamo. Nella padella con l&#8217;olio dove abbiamo cotto la zucca, versiamo&nbsp; l&#8217;aglio tritato finemente&nbsp; e dopo pochi minuti anche l’aceto e lo  zucchero (per 2 cucchiai di aceto 1 cucchiaio di zucchero).</span></span></div>
