<p>Adoro le citazioni e gli aforismi, mi piace sottolinearle sui libri, appuntarle su foglietti e agende , andarle a scovare in rete, farle un po&#8217; mie e poi andare a leggere le biografie degli autori.<br />In questo caso ho scelto la terza opzione, quella più immediata &nbsp;( e vasta ), e così ho scoperto una bellissima frase di Carl Sagan &#8211; &nbsp;fu un&nbsp;&nbsp;astronomo, divulgatore scientifico e autore di fantascienza statunitense nonché uno dei fondatori del Progetto SETI per la ricerca di intelligenza extraterrestre, adesso, &nbsp;potrei parlarvi della mia vecchia passione per gli UFO ed extraterrestri, ma non sarebbe questo il luogo e poi stavo per dirvi la frase bellissima che è perfetta per la torta che vi presento oggi</p>

<div>500 gr farina<br />80 gr zucchero<br />3 uova<br />1/2 &nbsp;bicchiere di latte<br />1/2 bicchiere di olio d&#8217;oliva extravergine<br />1 bustina lievito per dolci<br />La scorza di un limone non trattato<br />1 &#8211; 2 &nbsp;mele golden</div>

<div><b>Come si fa:</b></p>
<p>Tagliate a fettine sottile le mele, irroratele con del succo limone e mettetele da parte.<br />In una terrina capiente lavorate le uova con lo zucchero, aggiungete&nbsp;poco per volta,&nbsp;la farina setacciata.<br />Incorporate il latte, l&#8217;olio, il lievito ed il pizzico di sale.<br />Aggiungete la scorza grattugiata del &nbsp;limone e iniziate ad amalgamare ed impastare fino ad ottenere un composto liscio e sodo ( munitevi di olio di gomito, mi raccomando ).<br />Imburrate ed infarinate uno stampo a ciambella e disponetevi dentro l&#8217;impasto (deve risultare compatto ), affondate bene le fette di mela a raggiera ( o come più preferite ).<br />Infornate a 180° per circa 40 minuti<br />Sfornate, lasciate raffreddare prima di spolverarlo con lo zucchero a velo.</p>
<p><b>Note:</b><br />Se l&#8217;impasto dovesse risultare troppo morbido aggiungete un po&#8217; di farina. Se, invece dovesse essere troppo duro da lavorare aggiungete poco latte.</p>

<div><b>Directions:</b><br /><b><br /></b><br />Cut into thin slices apples, drizzle with lemon juice and put them aside.<br />In a large bowl, beat well the eggs with the sugar, add the sifted flour and stir with milk, oil, baking powder and salt.<br />Add the lemon zest and started to mix &nbsp;with a wooden spoon and knead until mixture is smooth and firm ( you&#8217;ll have to use some elbow grease&nbsp;&nbsp;;P ).<br />Grease and flour a bundt mold and arrange in &nbsp;the mixture ( it must be compact ), sunk well the apple slices in a radial pattern ( or as you wish ).<br />Bake at 180 ° for about 40 minutes<br />Remove from the oven, let it cool before dust it with icing sugar and serve.<br /><b><br /></b><b>notes:</b><br />If the dough result too soft, add some flour.<br />Otherwise, If &nbsp;would be too hard to work, add some spoon of milk.<br /><b></b><b><br /></b>
