<div><span><b><i>Le Scorze di Arancia Candite sono indispensabili nei grandi lievitati, ma non solo anche in torte, brioche, gelati e tanto altro e, se le intingiamo nel cioccolato fondente diventano un delizioso dolcetto. Stavolta ho provato a candire le scorzette di arancia <span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a></span>con il miele sono diventate ancora più profumate e, non ho fatto in tempo a glassarle con il cioccolato, sono finite subite. Facilissime da preparare, unica accortezza è usare arance non trattate.</i></b></span></div>

<div><span><i>Spazzolare bene le arance per eliminare tutte le impurità, tagliare le calotte, incidere in senso longitudinale ricavando degli spicchi e tirare via la buccia. mettere la buccia in acqua fresca per 24/48 ore per far rilasciare l&#8217;amaro.&nbsp;</i></span></div>

<div><span><i>Trascorso il tempo sciacquare le bucce e se gli spicchi sono troppo grandi tagliarli a listarelle. Mettere sul fuoco un pentolino con acqua&nbsp; e bollire le bucce per due minuti per due volte poi scolarle e mettere da parte.&nbsp;</i></span></div>

<div><span><i>Dovranno asciugare per tutta la notte. Le scorze di arancia candite al miele sono pronte, possono essere consumate così o usate come canditi o per renderle ancora più golose intengerle per i 2/3 nel cioccolato fondente.</i></span></div>
