<div>Per prima cosa fate il brodo vegetale con cipolla sedano e carota,</div>
<div>fate bollire finché le verdure diventano morbide, spegnete.</div>

<div>Tritate la cipolla e fatela appassire in una casseruola con una noce di burro e&nbsp;</div>
<div>2 cucchiai d&#8217;olio.</div>

<div>Unite il radicchio, tagliato a listarelle, sale e cuocetelo per 2 minuti.</div>

<div>Unite la pera al risotto a fine cottura e mantecatelo con il restante burro e parmigiano.</div>
