<p><span><strong><span>INGREDIENTI</span></strong></span><br />
<span><strong><span>Per le lasagne</span></strong>: 700 gr di farina di grano duro, 5 uova, olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva, sale, 200 g di pecorino fresco. <span><strong>Per il ragù</strong></span>: 500 gr di carne di manzo o maiale, 50 g di lardo, 400 g di passata di pomodoro fresco, 1 cipolla, 1 ciuffo di prezzemolo, 3-4 foglie di basilico,sale, pepe.</span></p>
<p><span><span><strong>PREPARAZIONE:</strong></span> <span>Preparate prima il sugo</span> così mentre è in cottura potete occuparvi di fare la pasta. Fate sciogliere in un tegame il lardo tagliato a fettine e appassite nel sugo la cipolla tagliata a velo. </span></p>
<p><span>Togliete il lardo e la cipolla e aggiungete la carne macinata, fatela rosolare e profumate con un trito di prezzemolo e basilico. Pepate, unite la passata di pomodoro, aggiustate di sale e fate cuocere a fuoco lento e a pentola coperta per un&#8217;ora.</span></p>
<p><span> Tenete il ragù leggermente liquido perchè questo vi eviterà di lessare le lasagne. </span></p>
<p><strong><span>Prepariamo la pasta</span></strong></p>
<p><span>Versate la farina a fontana sul piano di lavoro, aggiungete le uova, un cucchiaio scarso di olio e un pizzico di sale. Lavorate l&#8217;impasto sino a quando non risulterà liscio e compatto, poi lasciate riposare la pasta in un luogo fresco e coperto da un tovagliolo per mezz&#8217;ora. </span></p>
<p><span>Con il mattarello o la macchinetta ricavate delle sfoglie sottili, quindi con un coltello riducetele in quadrati di 10 cm di lato e lasciateli asciugare stesi sopra una tovaglia infarinata. </span></p>
<p><strong><span>Completiamo</span></strong></p>
<p><span>Prendete ora una pirofila e stendete nel fondo un po di ragù, sistemate il primo strato di lasagne e coprite con un altro strato di ragu, formaggio pecorino fresco tagliato a fette sottili e pecorino grattugiato e ripetete l&#8217;operazione fino a esaurire gli ingredienti. </span></p>
<p><span>Terminate con uno strato di pecorino grattugiato. <span>Fate cuocere in forno a 180 ° fino a che le lasagne presentino un bel colore dorato.</span></span></p>
