Il pollo fritto all’americana del Colonnello Sanders apre anche a Dalmine e offre una ventina di nuovi posti di lavoro. Venerdì 27 agosto, lungo la via Provinciale, è stato inaugurato un altro Kentucky Fried Chicken. Si tratta del quarto ristorante della catena presente in Bergamasca. Il primo era sorto a Oriocenter nel 2017, in occasione dell’inaugurazione della nuova ala. Poi è stata la volta di Curno con il drive a marzo 2018 e infine il ristorante all’interno del Centro commerciale a novembre 2019.

«Ci fa molto piacere consolidare la nostra presenza in un territorio così ricco di attività, che ha dimostrato fin dal nostro arrivo un grande apprezzamento verso il pollo fritto del Colonnello Sanders – commenta Filippo Caravatti, amministratore delegato della 5Roosters srl, che gestisce in franchising nove ristoranti Kentucky Fried Chicken in Lombardia -. Siamo soprattutto orgogliosi di attivare, grazie a questa apertura, venti nuovi posti di lavoro, dando così un contributo concreto per una reale ripartenza».

Il nuovo locale di Dalmine offre 120 posti a sedere in sala e una trentina nel dehors esterno, oltre al servizio di drive-through con una corsia dedicata al ritiro dell’ordine, direttamente dalla propria automobile. I clienti in sala possono ordinare in autonomia grazie ai chioschi, che consentono la massima comodità e sicurezza nella fase di scelta dei prodotti e utilizzare il servizio di clicca e ritira attraverso l’applicazione di Kfc Italia.

Il ristorante è stato realizzato seguendo uno stile minimal, con finiture a parete effetto cemento, soffitto a vista e pavimento grigio scuro, a cui si affianca il calore del legno per i rivestimenti e gli arredi, oltre a elementi grafici alle pareti che propongono con uno stile pop la figura del Colonnello e altri elementi iconici del marchio. Un luogo moderno con ambienti accoglienti, dinamici e dal respiro internazionale, dove tutti i clienti possano sentirsi accolti e vivere un’esperienza rilassante e piacevole. Si potranno assaggiare tutte le specialità, dalle celebri alette di pollo fritto piccanti, ai Tender, filetti di pollo fritto disponibili nella versione croccante oppure con panatura originale, il tutto accompagnato dalle tradizionali patatine, dal puré con la famosa salsa Gravy o le pannocchie. E ancora insalate miste, bibite ma anche dolci, gelati e caffè.

Il pollo Kfc viene preparato ogni giorno seguendo la ricetta inventata dal Colonnello Sanders: undici erbe e spezie, unite in un mix ancora oggi segreto, mescolato alla panatura del pollo con l’osso, da condividere con gli amici grazie al famoso «bucket», l’iconico contenitore di Kfc.

La catena è anche molto attenta al sociale: nel ristorante di Curno è stato attivato un progetto che prevede il coinvolgimento in organico di ragazzi con disabilità. Con l’apertura di Dalmine salgono ora a 49 i Kfc in Italia, distribuiti in tredici regioni.
