<div><span>500 gr di farina</span></div>
<div><span>200 gr di burro morbido</span></div>
<div><span>120 gr di zucchero</span></div>
<div><span>2 uova</span></div>
<div><span>1/2 bustina di lievito</span></div>
<div><span><b>per decorare</b></span></div>
<div><span>cioccolato fondente</span></div>
<div><span>oppure sanguinaccio</span></div>
<div><b>come si prepara</b></div>
<div><span>versare la farina a fontana</span></div>
<div><span>aggiungere lo zucchero, il lievito&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>al centro aggiungete il burro a pezzetti e le uova</span></div>
<div><span>con una forchetta sbattere un pò le uova</span></div>
<div><span>amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti</span></div>
<div><span>impastare fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo</span></div>
<div><span>stendere sulla spianatoia</span></div>
<div><span>normalmente la frolla deve riposare 30 minuti in frigo</span></div>
<div><span>ma lo chef non l&#8217;ha fatta riposare&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>ed è venuta comunque buonissima</span></div>
<div><span>tagliare nelle forme desiderate</span></div>
<div><span><b>per le mascherine</b></span></div>
<div><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;ho ricavato da metà impasto&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>12 mascherine</span></div>
<div><span>in forno a 180° per 10 &#8211; 15 minuti</span></div>
<div><span>ho bagnato nel sanguinaccio</span></div>
<div><span>ho aggiunto qualche confettino o letterina colorata</span></div>
<div><span>ho appeso per far asciugare</span></div>
<div><span><b>per i cuori</b></span></div>
<div></div>
<div><span>ho steso l&#8217;altra metà dell&#8217;impasto</span></div>
<div><span>ho tagliato dei cuori</span></div>
<div><span>in forno a 170° per 10 minuti</span></div>
<div><span>nel frattempo ho sciolto a bagnomaria il cioccolato fondente</span></div>
<div><span>ho intinto i biscotti per metà, oppure per un lato nel cioccolato</span></div>
<div><span>messo ad asciugare su una gratella.</span></div>
