<p><span><span><b>Ingredienti:</b></span><span><br /></span><span>- <span><b>250 gr&nbsp; farina di grano tenero tipo 1 <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.ruggerishop.it/it/prodotti.html">RUGGERI&nbsp;</a></b></span></span></span><br /><span><span>- 250 gr. Farina Manitoba&nbsp;</span><br /><span>- Latte intero 300/325 ml</span><br /><span>- Burro 30gr</span><br /><span>- Strutto 10gr</span><br /><span>- Zucchero 20gr</span><br /><span>- Lievito di birra fresco 8gr</span><br /><span>- Sale 10gr</span><br /><span>- Malto 1/2 cucchiaino da caffè</span></p>
<p><span>Latte per pennellare</span><br /><span>Semi di sesamo</span></p>
<p><span><b>Procedimento:</b></span><span><br /></span><span>- Intiepidire il latte e sciogliervi dentro il lievito e il malto (in mancanza di questo miele).&nbsp;</span></span><br /><span><span>- Lasciar riposare 10 minuti e nel frattempo setacciare insieme le due farine.</span><br /><span>- Mettere la farina in una ciotola, versarvi il latte gradatamente e far assorbire.&nbsp;</span></span><br /><span><span>- Aggiungere lo zucchero, il sale, lo strutto e il burro. Impastare bene a mano o nella mdp.<span><b>(io nella planetaria )</b></span></span><br /><span>- Far lievitare l&#8217;impasto fino al raddoppio, ci vorrà circa 1 ora e 1/2&#8230;</span><span><br /></span><span>- A questo punto sgonfiare un poco l&#8217;impasto, e fare le&nbsp;</span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://profumodilievito.blogspot.com/2007/10/le-pieghe.html">pieghe del secondo tipo</a><span>. Lasciare riposare coperto circa 15/20&#8242;.</span><br /><span>- Poi, senza maneggiarlo troppo, fare pezzature da 90 gr. l&#8217;una.</span><br /><span>- Formare i panini e poggiarli su una teglia ricoperta di carta forno.</span><br /><span>- Far riposare 10&#8242; poi pennellare di latte, spolverare di semi di sesamo e lasciar lievitare 1 ora</span><br /><span>- Infornare a 180°/190° fino a doratura.</span></span><br /><span><span><br /></span></span>
