			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Appuntamento fisso di ogni volta che vado a Füssen è  la piccola bottega che sforna solo ed esclusivamente le Rothenburg Schneeballen.  Due vetrine zeppe di queste delizie invitano chiunque ad entrare ad assaggiarle.  Praticamente sono delle sfere dolci il cui impasto, a me personalmente, ricorda  una via di mezzo tra l’impasto della chiacchiere e la pasta frolla, Inoltre io  le preferisco nella loro versione “basic” ovvero spolverate di zucchero a velo e  un pizzico di cannella ma, come vedete dalla foto, si gustano anche con diverse  coperture (cioccolato bianco, fondente, frutta secca…) e ripieni (marzapane,  vaniglia cioccolato, liquore…).<br />
