<div>Procedimento:</div>

<div>Preriscaldate il forno a 180°C. In una ciotola mescolate l&#8217;uovo, il latte e l&#8217;olio, poi unite la zucchina tritata finemente, lo sgombro sminuzzato,salate e pepate. Unite le farine setacciate, il lievito e il parmigiano, mescolate brevemente. Riempite per circa tre quarti negli stampi da muffin (per me in uno stampo in silicone per mini muffin). Infornate a 180°C per circa 25 minuti.</div>
