un’estate di poco meno di 40 anni fa la sua attività ristorativa conquistando subito il favore del pubblico locale.<br />Negli anni il “Papè Satan”, pizza e cuore napoletano, ma anche cucina locale, sia pure con attività stagionale&nbsp; il classico tagliere sardo, con salumi e formaggi di produttori locali, ottimi culurgiones di patate con burro e menta,una deliziosa (e immancabile) seada al miele e una golosa crema catalana ( fatta con panna, e si sentiva!).<br />Dopo aver fatto quattro chiacchiere con Marco, ci siamo spostati per vedere la nuova “creatura” di Marco Leone, aperta da quest’anno: “Rena Bianca”, gastronomia e pizzeria, nella piazza poco distante. </p>
