<h3>Trippa</h3>
<p>Ingredienti:</p>
<p>mezzo kg di trippa<br />
olio evo q.b.<br />
qualche foglia di alloro<br />
1 cipolla bianca<br />
1 limone<br />
sale q.b.</p>
<p>Ricetta:</p>
<p>Tagliare e lavare la trippa.</p>
<p>Strofinarla con limone e metterla in una pentola con cipolla bianca, alloro, sale, olio e poca acqua.</p>
<p>Lasciarla cuocere per qualche minuto e aggiungere altra acqua tiepida di tanto in tanto.</p>
<p>Mescolare all&#8217;occorrenza.</p>
<p>Lasciare cuocere la trippa per abbondante tempo.</p>

<p><strong>Tripe</strong></p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>half kg of tripe<br />
bay leaves<br />
extra virgin olive oil<br />
1 white onion<br />
salt q.b.<br />
1 lemon</p>
<p>Recipe:</p>
<p>Cut and wash the tripe.</p>
<p>Rub with lemon and put it in a pot with white onion, bay leaf, salt, oil and a little water.</p>
<p>Let it cook for a few minutes and add more warm water from time to time.</p>
<p>Mix if necessary.</p>
<p>Leave plenty of time to cook tripe.</p>
