<div><b>Preparazione:&nbsp;</b></div>
<div><span>Prendi la quinoa bianca e la quinoa rossa e lavali bene sotto l&#8217;acqua perché perdano la loro sostanza tipica che da il sapore amaro. Metti a bollire acqua salata. Fai cuocere gli alimenti almeno 10/12 min. circa.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>Tagliate a pezzetti i pomodorini, a mo&#8217; di bruschetta. Aggiungere mais. Far cuocere i piselli o insieme alla quinoa o in padella con acqua sino a cottura desiderata. Sfilettare a pezzi piccolissimi il salmone. Taglia a pezzi piccoli la mozzarella.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>Amalgamare la quinoa bianca e rossa con il condimento.&nbsp;</span></div>
<div><span>Impiattare e servire. Mettere un po&#8217; di Shoyu e/o olio a piacere.&nbsp;</span><br /><span><b>Note:&nbsp;</b><br />E&#8217; ovvio che si può condire come si vuole!!! Si possono anche fare separati, o solo quinoa bianca, o solo quinoa rossa.&nbsp;</span></div>
