<div>Stemperate il lievito sbriciolato nell&#8217;acqua tiepida.<br />Unite il sale, lo zucchero e l&#8217;olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva;<br />amalgamate energicamente con un mestolo e<br />versate sulla farina disposta a fontana.</p>
<p>Lavorate bene il composto e lasciate lievitare la massa<br />ben infarinata in una larga bacinella<br />anch&#8217;essa infarinata,<br />coprendo con un panno.</p>
<p>Fate riposare per circa 2 ore e rimaneggiate l&#8217;impasto<br />solo per fare le palline monoporzione,</div>

<div>che verranno poi fatte lievitare per 1 ora al coperto.</p>
<p><b>Per la pizza alta</b>(come nel mio caso) una volta ottenuto l&#8217;impasto,<br />stendete la pizza fino a uno spessore di circa 1/2 cm,<br />disponetela nella teglia quadrata o rotonda<br />leggermente unta e lasciatela lievitare<br />per altri 20-30 minuti.</p>
<p>Frullate i pelati con un pizzico di sale e pepe.</div>

<div>Versate al centro poco pomodoro insaporito con il sale e pepe.</div>

<div>Con il dorso del cucchiaio stendete il pomodoro&nbsp;</div>

<div>su tutta la superficie della pizza lasciando</div>

<div>1 cm dal bordo.</div>

<div>Tagliate la mozzarella a fettine e disponetela uniformemente sulla pizza.</div>

<div>Farcite ogni quarto della pizza rispettivamente</div>

<div>con: carciofini scolati e tagliati in 4,</div>

<div>olive nere, prosciutto cotto e i funghi misti.</div>

<div>Condite con poco olio ed infornate a 200°C per 25 minuti.</div>
