<h2><span>RICETTA PER LA CHOCOLATE CAKE&nbsp;</span></h2>
<div><span><i>90 ml di olio di semi</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>100 ml di acqua</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>50 ml di caffè&nbsp;</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>1 pizzico sale</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>230 g di farina 00</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>40 g di cacao in polvere</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>270 g di zucchero semolato</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>10 g di lievito per dolci</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>5 g di bicarbonato</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>2 uova intere a temperatura ambiente</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>100 ml di latte</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>1 cucchiaino estratto vaniglia (o vanillina)</i></span></div>
<div><span><i><u><b>Per la glassa</b></u></i></span></div>
<div><span><i>120 g di cioccolato fondente</i></span></div>
<div><span><i>30 g di burro</i></span></div>

<div><span><span>In una ciotola&nbsp; amalgamare la farina, lo zucchero semolato,il cacao amaro in polvere, il lievito per dolci e il bicarbonato. Aggiungere le uova , l’olio di semi ,il latte e mescolare ancora&nbsp; il tutto.&nbsp; Ottenuto un composto omogeneo , aggiungere l’acqua, il caffè e l’estratto di vaniglia.&nbsp;</span></span></div>
