<div>per la sfoglia: 180 gr farina integrale di farro appena macinata, 25 gr olio di cocco o olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva, 45 gr&nbsp; sciroppo d&#8217;acero, 75 gr acqua, 1/4 bustina di cremortartaro.</div>
<div>per la crema:&nbsp;120 gr crema di nocciole, 35 gr cacao amaro, 100 gr sciroppo d&#8217;acero, 25 ml latte vegetale.</div>

<div><b>Preparzione:</b></div>
</p>
<div>Sciogliere il burro di cocco, impastare tutti gli ingredienti e far riposare l&#8217;impasto per un po&#8217;. Nel frattempo frullare tutti gli ingredienti della crema di gianduia.</div>

<div>Dividere l&#8217;impasto in due parti e stenderle su due fogli di cartaforno. Adagiare una sfoglia su una teglia, versarvi la crema e livellarla. Ricoprire con l&#8217;altra sfoglia, togliendo delicatamente il foglio di cartaforno. Sigillare i bordi e cuocere a 180° per 40 minuti</div>
