<span>Preparare la pastella mischiando la farina, il sale e l’ acqua gassata mescolando bene e facendo in modo che non si formino grumi, cercare di ottenere una pastella un pò liquida (ma non troppo in tal caso aggiungere ancora farina) unire il succo del limone e mescolare ancora.</span></div>

<span>Immergere i gamberoni nella pastella e friggerli in olio abbondante e ben caldo, devono avere un bel colore dorato, usando una schiumarola toglieteli dall’ olio e metteteli su della carta assorbente.</span></div>
