<h2>Preparazione</h2>

<p>Ridurre i biscotti in polvere con l&#8217;aiuto di un robot da cucian, aggiungere il burro fuso e far andare per un paio di secondi,</p>
<p>Rivestire una tortiera dal cerchio apribile di diametro 24 cm, con il composto di biscotti e burro facendolo compattare, mettere in frigorifero a compattare per almeno trenta minuti.</p>

<p>Mescolare, preferibilmente con lo sbattitore elettrico, la ricotta, il mascarpone, le uova e lo zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.</p>
<p>Distribuirlo poi sulla base di biscotti.</p>

<p>Infornare a 180° per circa 35/40 minuti.</p>
<p>Sfornare la torta e lasciarla intiepidire, spalmare un abbondante strato di marmellata sulla torta.</p>

<p>Distribuirvi sopra un cestino di mirtilli.</p>
<p>Mettere in frigorifero.</p>
