<div>150 gr riso basmati integrale, 100 gr fagioli cannellini, 2 zucchine, cavolo verza viola, sale integrale, olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva.</div>

<div><b>Preparazione:</b></div>

<div>Prelessare i fagioli per 2 ore, dopo averli tenuti in ammollo per una notte. Tagliare zucchine e un po&#8217; di cavolo sottilmente. Scottare le verdure pochi minuti in padella con un filo d&#8217;olio. Nel frattempo cuocere il riso per 35 minuti. Eliminare l&#8217;acqua di cottura in eccesso del riso, unirlo ai fagioli in padella con le verdure. Aggiungere un pizzico di sale e far amalgamare bene il tutto con fiamma bassa per per qualche minuto.</div>
