<p>Imbiondire lo scalogno tagliato a rondelle nel burro.</p>
<p>Spellare la salsiccia piccante e sbriciolarla nel soffritto.</p>
<p>Farla colorire e sfumare con il vino.</p>
<p>Fare evaporare poi unire la panna e mescolare.</p>
<p>Spegnere e aggiungere lo zafferano.</p>
