<p><b>Ingredienti:</b></p>
<p>300 gr farina integrale di farro appena macinata, 50 gr farina integrale di segale appena macinata, 50 gr olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva, 1 bustina di cremortartaro per torte salate, 200 ml acqua, sale integrale, 2 melanzane, fagioli borlotti.</p>
<p><b>Preparazione:</b></p>
<p>Friggere le melanzane a cubetti. Impastare tutti gli ingredienti, aggiungere la metà delle melanzane e stendere su un foglio di cartaforno su una teglia. Infornare a 180° per 20 &#8211; 25 minuti. Nel frattempo saltare in padella un&#8217;abbondante manciata di fagioli borlotti già cotti con un filo d&#8217;olio ed aggiungere le melanzane, aggiungere il sale e portare in tavola con la focaccia.</p>
