<div>Attivare l&#8217;agar agar in un pentolino nell&#8217;acqua, quando inizia leggermente a sobollire spegnere e far raffreddare. Sbucciare la barbabietola e tagliarle in cubetti. Tritare finemente tutti gli ingredienti, compresa l&#8217;acqua con l&#8217;agar agar e versare in una coppetta. Lasciar riposare in frigo almeno un paio d&#8217;ore, sformare la formaggetta in un piatto aiutandosi con la leccapentole.</div>
