<h3>Per una Cheesecake al Pistacchio 24 cm Italiano </h3>
<h5>Ingredienti per la base</h5>
<ul>
<li>180 g farina</li>
<li>1 uovo</li>
<li>1 g sale</li>
<li>Un cucchiaino lievito per dolci</li>
<li>40 g zucchero</li>
<li>80 g burro freddo</li>
<li>estratto di vaniglia a piacere</li>
</ul>
<h5>Per la crema al formaggio</h5>
<ul>
<li>500 g formaggio quark o ricotta</li>
<li>90 ml panna non zuccherata</li>
<li>90 g zucchero</li>
<li>30 g burro morbido</li>
<li>30 g farina setacciata</li>
<li>2 uova (100 g )</li>
<li>30 g pasta di pistacchio pura (in alternativa 80 g nutella al pistacchio)</li>
</ul>
<h3>FOR A PISTACHIO CHEESECAKE 24 CM ENGLISH </h3>
<h5>Ingredients for the base</h5>
<ul>
<li>180 g flour</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>1 g salt</li>
<li>One tsp baking powder</li>
<li>40 g sugar</li>
<li>80 g cold butter</li>
<li>vanilla extract to taste</li>
</ul>
<h5>For the cream cheese</h5>
<ul>
<li>500 g quark or ricotta cheese</li>
<li>90 ml unsweetened cream</li>
<li>90 g sugar</li>
<li>30 g soft butter</li>
<li>30 g sifted flour</li>
<li>2 eggs (100 g)</li>
<li>30 g pure pistachio paste (alternatively 80 g nutella with pistachio)</li>
