<div>L&#8217;idea di questo piatto mi è nata una sera in cui dovevo improntare una cena ma avevo a disposizione solo dei friggitelli che mi avevano regalato. Di solito utilizzo molto i peperoni, ma questi deliziosi ortaggi così colorati, seppur piccoli, mai! Ed ecco che mi balena l&#8217;idea di riempirli, si ma con cosa? Con quello che ho reperito nel frigo e in dispensa.</div>
<div>Ingredienti: friggitelli, tonno in scatola, pane raffermo, basilico, pomodori, olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva, sale, pepe.</div>

<p>Ho aggiunto il pane raffermo che prima ho ammollato nell&#8217;acqua e strizzato; un filo d&#8217;olio e del pepe. Ho mescolato per far insaporire il tutto. Perchè non ho scritto la quantità degli ingredienti? Semplicemente perchè sono andata ad occhio. Perdonatemi!
