<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />In una pentola,olio cipolle e pancetta a rosolare, aggiungere le fave,il sale ed il pepe<br />e far andare il tutto,girando piu&#8217; volte (facendo attenzione a non far attaccare) fino<br />a quando le fave non diventano morbide,poi aggiungere acqua necessaria ed al bollore<br />unire e cuocere la pasta (spezzata a mano).</p>
