<p>Questa farina macinata a pietra tipo 1 del Molino Soncini Cesare&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<br />avrei dovuto usarla per&nbsp; lievitati,questo sarebbe il suo utilizzo ideale,io ho voluto provarla invece<br />per una pasta&nbsp; frolla con burro fuso,che mai avevo fatto,sono stata consigliata a provarla&nbsp; da mia figlia&nbsp; (che velocizza sempre tutto&nbsp; per mancanza di tempo)e devo dire con risultati davvero buoni!!</p>
<p>INGREDINTI xla Frolla<br />500g farina tipo 1 Prima forte macinata a pietra <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=http://www.molinosoncinicesare.com/farina/farina-tipo-1-prima-forte-macinata-a-pietra-(22-24-ore)/43-7">Molino Soncini Cesare</a><br />250g.burro fuso e raffreddato<br />250g.zucchero semolato<br />4 tuorli<br />buccia limone grattugiata</p>
<p>PER la Farcia<br />1&nbsp; Pesca Tabacchiera&#8230;priva di bucc&nbsp; ia,tagliata a spicchi<br />1 Pesca Bianca&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..priva di buccia,tagliata a spicchi<br />1 barattolo di confettura Bio al Limone <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="/redirect.php?URL=https://www.boschetti1891.it/confetture-bio/">Az Boschetti 1891</a></p>
<p>PROCEDIMENTO<br />Sul piano di lavoro,farina a fontana,zucchero,tuorli,buccia limone ed infine il burro sciolto e freddo,<br />lavorate il tutto velocemente,formate una palla e coprite con pellicola,lasciate in frigo fino all&#8217;utilizzo.<br />Riprendete l&#8217;impasto dividete in 2 parti quasi uguali e con quella piu&#8217; grande rivestite uno stampo&nbsp; per crostata,bucherellate con i rebbi di una forchetta e coprite prima con la confettura poi con le pesche<br />tagliate a spicchi.,ricoprite con la restante pasta,bucherellate anche sopra ed infornate a 180°&nbsp; cca 35&#8242;.</p>
<p>Vi consiglio di stendere la pasta tra 2 fogli di carta forno e di cuocerla con essa nello stampo<br />&nbsp;vi sara&#8217;poi piu&#8217; facile estrarla una volta cotta!!</p>
