<p><span>Il Grano è di loro produzione e coltivano due tipi di grani:</span></p>
<p><span>&#8220;<b>Grano San Carlo</b>&#8221; e &#8221; <b>Grano Senatore Cappelli</b>&#8220;.</span></p>
<p><span>L&#8217;<b>azienda Tiberio</b> hanno 5.000 metri quadri (poco più di mezzo ettaro a campi di Grano.</span></p>
<p><span>Da 100 Kg di Grano si ottengono circa 70 Kg di Farina.</span></p>
<p><span>Si sono appoggiati a due pastifici.</span></p>
<p><span>Alcune varietà&nbsp; tipo (Penne e Rigatoni entrambi rigati)</span></p>
<p><span>sono state lavorati da un pastificio di Ascoli Piceno.</span></p>
<p><span>Altri formati di pasta&nbsp; da un pastificio di Spoltore(PE).</span></p>
<p><span>Considerate che l&#8217;ultima volta Tiberio Valerio ha portato 125 Kg di Farina e</span></p>
<p><span>ha ritirato 120 Kg di Pasta.</span></p>
<p><span>Quindi nel complesso da circa 100 Kg di Grano si ottengono</span></p>
<p><span>65-70 Kg di Pasta (65% &#8211; 70%) .</span></p>

<div>Per preparare l&#8217;insalata di pasta iniziamo dalla <u>cottura </u>:</div>
<div>Mettiamo a cuocere la pasta in acqua bollente salata&nbsp;</div>
<div>per il tempo indicato sulla confezione (7 minuti per la mia pasta)</div>
<div>Un consiglio:<u> scolatela al dente</u>.</div>

<div>Una volta scolata la pasta,</div>
<div>passatela sotto l&#8217;acqua corrente fredda.</div>
<div>Fatela scolare bene e mettete da parte.</div>

<div>Tagliate i pomodorini a metà e le olive nere a rondelle.</div>
<div>In una ciotola mettiamo i pomodorini tagliati,</div>
<div>le olive a rondelle, l&#8217;olio, il basilico spezzettato a mano e un pizzico di sale.</div>
<div>Aggiungere la pasta fredda e i fiocchi di latte,</div>
<div>mescoliamo bene.</div>
