<p><span><i>Si tratta di un ortaggio ricchissimo di antiossidanti, vitamine e sali minerali e bassissimo apporto calorico che , insieme a tutte le altre varietà di cavolfiori, broccoletti, verze ecc. dovremmo consumare costantemente.&nbsp;</i></span></p>
<p><span><i>Del resto questi ortaggi, così gustosi e versatili, si prestano ad infinite preparazioni, sia di tradizione che moderne, ma anche ad assere consumati , soltanto lessati e con un filo di buon olio d&#8217;oliva.</i></span></p>
<p><span><i>Oggi ve li propongo con un battuto di ortaggi e l&#8217;aggiunta di <b>PASSOLINA E PINOLI</b> , ingredienti tipici della cucina siciliana, che donano al piatto un profumo e un sapore magnifici.</i></span></p>

<p><b><span>Ingredienti per 4 persone:</span></b></p>
<p><span>- 500 gr. di cavolini di Bruxelles</span></p>
<p><span>- 1 carota, 1 costa di sedano</span></p>
<p><span>- 1 cipolla</span></p>
<p><span>- foglie di alloro, salvia e rosmarino</span></p>
<p><span>- 100 gr. di uva passa e pinoli</span></p>
<p><span>- olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva</span></p>
<p><span><br /></span></p>
<p><b><span>Procedimento:</span></b></p>
<p><span>- mondare i cavolini togliendo qualche fogliolina esterna e le parti più dure</span></p>
<p><span>- lavarli bene e tagliarli a metà</span></p>
<p><span>- sbollentare i cavolini per 5 minuti in acqua leggermente salata , scolarli e metterli da parte</span></p>
<p><span>- tritare grossolanamente la carota, sedano e cipolla e mettere il battuto&nbsp; in una casseruola con 2 cucchiai di olio di oliva</span></p>
<p><span>- soffriggere a fuoco bassissimo per 5 minuti. aggiungere la foglia di alloro, salvia e rosmarino</span></p>
<p><span>- aggiungere i cavolini sbollentati, mescolare per 2 minuti</span></p>
<p><span>- aggiungere mezzo bicchiere d&#8217;acqua, incoperchiare e cuocere a fuoco bassissimo, aggiustando di sale, per 20 minuti</span></p>
<p><span>- nel frattempo mettere a mollo l&#8217;uva passa e i pinoli per 15 minuti in acqua tiepida</span></p>
<p><span>- a fine ottura aggiungere l&#8217;uva passa e i pinoli, cuocere per 2 minuti e togliere dal fuoco</span></p>
<p><span>- dare un giro d&#8217;olio e impiattare</span></p>
