<p>Per far piacere il pesce anche ai piu&#8217; piccini, un piatto semplice e facile da preparare, un modo diverso per presentarlo. Siamo sempre alla ricerca di ricette gustose ma non elaborate per far si che i nostri bambini mangino il pesce, questa ha avuto grande successo, i bocconcini sono andati via come fossero caramelle!</p>
<p><strong>Ingredienti per i bocconcini di pesce:  (per 4 persone)</strong><br />
300 g di filetti di pesce<br />
2 cucchiai di farina<br />
sale e pepe<br />
2 uova sbattute<br />
parmiggiano grattugiato<br />
mollica di pane<br />
un pizzico di paprika<br />
2/3 cucchiai di olio evo</p>
<p><strong>Preparazione:</strong><br />
Tagliare i filetti a pezzetti, mescolare insieme la paprika il parmigiano e la mollica di pane.  Passare i filetti prima nella farina, poi nell&#8217;uovo e infine nel mix con la mollica, (per una crosticina più&#8217; spessa passarli nuovamente nell&#8217;uovo e nella mollica).<br />
Scaldare una padella con 2/3 cucchiai di olio, cucinare i bocconcini girandoli di tanto in tanto.</p>
<p>Puoi servirli con della salsa tartara, o salsa allo yogurt.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredienti per le patate:</strong><br />
4 patate tagliate a spicchi<br />
sale<br />
farina<br />
erbette aromatiche</p>
<p>Preriscaldare il forno a 200 C<br />
Mettere gli spicchi di patata in un po&#8217; di acqua in un piatto da microonde e cucinare per 5 minuti. Toglierle dal forno e asciugarle.<br />
Mettere in un sacchettino di plastica (quelli per congelare) la farina, il sale, le spezie e gli spicchi di patata e agitare<br />
Ungere una teglia da forno, versarci sopra le patate, irrorate con un goccino di olio e cuocete per 20/25 minuti fino a che diventano croccanti e dorate.</p>

<h3><span>ENGLISH      FISH BITES AND POTATO WEDGES </span></h3>
<p><span><br />
<strong>You will need for the fish bites</strong><span> (serves 4)</span></span></p>
<p>300 g skinless, boneless, fish<br />
2 tbsp flour<br />
salt<br />
2 eggs, beaten<br />
3/4 cup dried bread crumbs<br />
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese<br />
1 pinch paprika<br />
2/3 tbsp oil eve</p>
<p>Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces, put the other ingredients in separate bowls (flour in one, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and paprika in another and eggs in another)<br />
Dip each piece of fish in the flour, then the eggs, then the bread crumbs mix.<br />
For an extra crispy coating dip the fish twice in the egg and bread mix.  Fry the fish bites  until they are cooked, turning them regularly.</p>
<p>Serve with a tartar sauce o yogurt sauce</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients for Potato wedges</strong>:<br />
4 potatoes cut into wedges<br />
2 tbsp flour<br />
salt<br />
2 teaspoons spices</p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 220 C. Spray a non-stick baking dish with olive oil.<br />
Place the wedges and a little water  in a microwave dish, cook the potatoes on high for 5 minutes. Drain the potatoes.  Put the flour, salt and spices  in a plastic bag add the potatoes and toss in the flour mix.<br />
Place the potatoes in the baking tray with olive oil and bake for 20/25 minutes, until golden and crisp.<br />
Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli</p>
<h3><span>ESPAÑOL   BOCADIDOS DE PESCADO CON PAPAS AL HORNO</span></h3>
<p><span>Es un plato muy simple y seguro a los niños le va a gustar. Siempre estamos buscando recetas deliciosas para que los niños puedan comer el pescado, esta receta tuvo mucho exito&#8230;.. ahora me los pide tambien para llevarselos al colegio para el almuerzo.</span></p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes para los bocados: (para 4 personas)</strong><br />
300 g de filetes de pescado<br />
2 cucharadas de harina<br />
sal y pimienta<br />
2 huevos batidos<br />
parmesano rallado<br />
pan rallado<br />
una pizca de paprika<br />
2/3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen</p>
<p><strong>Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>Cortar los filetes del tamaño de un bocado, mezclar el queso parmesano, la paprika y el pan rallado. Pasar los filetes por la harina, luego en el huevo y por último en la mezcla con pan rallado (si los quieres mas cruquientes tienes que pasarlos una secunda vez en el huevo y pan rallado).<br />
Calentar una sartén con 2/3 cucharadas de aceite, y cocinar el pescado revolviendolo de vez en cuando.</p>
<p>Se puede servir con la salsa tártara o salsa de yogurt.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredientes para las papas</strong>:<br />
4 papas cortadas en gajos<br />
sal<br />
harina<br />
especias</p>
<p>Precalentar el horno a 200 C.<br />
Colocar las papas en un poco &#8216;de agua en un plato de microondas y cocinar por 5 minutos. Retirar del microonda y secarlos.<br />
Poner en una bolsa de plástico (las de congelación) la harina, la sal, las especias y los trozos de papas y agitarlos.<br />
Poner un poco de aceite en una fuente de horno, verter sobre las papas, ponerle un poquito de aceite arriba y cocinar durante 20/25 minutos hasta que estén crujientes y doradas.</p>
<p>Aquí las sirven con crema acida o salsa mexicana suave.</p>
