<p><span>INGREDIENTI</span></p>
</p>
<ul>
<li><span>250g circa di mortadella tritata a coltello</span></li>
<li><span>1 busta di fecola di patata</span></li>
<li><span>1 uovo</span></li>
<li><span>abbondante pecorino romano grattugiato</span></li>
<li><span>un fondo di scamorza&nbsp; grattugiata</span></li>
<li><span>sale e pepe q.b</span></li>
<li><span>circa 1/2 l.di latte o acqua</span></li>
<li><span>q.b di pane grattugiato</span></li>
<li><span>olio arachidi x spennellare</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span>PROCEDIMENTO</span></p>
<p><span>In una ciotola capiente..unire tutti gli ingredienti ,tranne il latte che verseremo poco per volta fino a raggiungere la consistenza necessaria a formare i panzarotti che passeremo nel pane grattugiato e poi poggeremo in una teglia con carta forno ,per ultimo aiutandoci con un pennellino passeremo un filo di olio su ogni panzarotto.</span></p>
<p><span>in forno a 200° x una decina di minuti (regolatevi sempre con i vs forni)</span></p>
<p><span>N.B..attente al sale non usarne troppo&#8230;la mortadella e formaggio già sono molto sapidi!</span></p>
