<li>Uova n. 4</li>
<li>Zucchero 300 gr</li>
<li>Burro 100 gr</li>
<li>Panna fresca UHT 200 ml</li>
<li>Caffè solubile 50 gr</li>
<li>Caffè ristretto una tazzina</li>
<li>Farina 00 300 gr</li>
<li>Lievito per dolci 1 bustina</li>
<li>Gocce di cioccolato 100 gr</li>
<li>Rum Pampero Especial 45 ml</li>

<div>Come si fa&#8230;</p>
<p>In una ciotola, sbattete le uova con lo zucchero ed il burro morbido.<br />Unite la panna, il caffè solubile, la tazzina di caffè ristretto e il rum, mescolate bene il tutto per amalgamare gli ingredienti.<br />Setacciate la farina con il lievito, aggiungetela al composto, infine unite le gocce di cioccolato.<br />Inserite nella teglia dei muffins i pirottini di carta e versate il composto, circa 2 cucchiai.<br />Infornate a 180° per 20-25 minuti.</p>
