<div><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a><b>INGREDIENTI</b> per 2 persone:</p>
<ul>
<li>180 gr di pasta (linguine)</li>
<li>1 melanzana piccola</li>
<li>7-8 pomodorini pachino</li>
<li>1 cipolla piccola</li>
<li>qualche oliva nera denocciolata tagliata a metà</li>
<li>20 gr di pinoli tostati</li>
<li>uno spicchio di aglio</li>
<li>olio extra vergine di oliva</li>
<li>sale marino integrale</li>
<li>2-3 foglie di basilico</li>
</ul>
<div><b>PREPARAZIONE:</b><br />In una padella con poco olio soffriggete l&#8217;aglio, quindi elimintelo e unite la cipolla tritata. Una volta dorata aggiungete le melanzane tagliate a dadini, i pomodorini, le foglie di basilico e le olive. Salate. Cuocete per circa 10-15 minuti. Cuocete la pasta al dente, trasferitela nella padella con il condimento e completate il piatto con i pinoli precedentemente tostati e un filo di ottimo olio extra vergine di oliva. Buon appetito!</div>

<div><span><b><i>Linguine Pasta</i> with Eggplant, Pachino Tomatoes, Onions, Black Olives and Pine nuts</b></span></div>
<div></div>
<div><b>INGREDIENTS</b> for 2 persons:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>180 gr&nbsp;<i>pasta linguine</i></li>
<li>1 small eggplant</li>
<li>7-8<i> pachino</i> tomatoes</li>
<li>1 small onion</li>
<li>some black olives (cut in half)</li>
<li>20 gr toasted pine nuts</li>
<li>a clove of garlic</li>
<li>extra virgin olive oil</li>
<li>whole sea salt</li>
<li>2-3 basil leaves</li>
</ul>
<div><b>DIRECTIONS:</b><br />In a pan with little oil fry garlic, then remove it. Add chopped onion. When the onion is golden, add eggplant cut into small pieces, tomatoes, basil leaves and olives. Salt. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Cook pasta, transfer it to the pan with the sauce and finish the dish with pine nuts previously toasted and a drizzle of good extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy your meal!</div>
