<p><span><span>&#8220;Festa popolare di origine celtica, oggi tipica degli Stati Uniti e del Canada, che si celebra la notte tra il 31 ottobre e il 1° novembre con scherzi e travestimenti macabri e portando in processione zucche intagliate e illuminate all&#8217;interno.&#8221;</span></span><br /><span><span>Diciamo che mi sono portata avanti nella preparazione di questi biscotti..</span></span><br /><span><span>E li devo rifare anche perché ai miei ai miei nipotini sono piaciuti moltissimo&#8230;</span></span><br /><span><span>Mia figlia mi regalò un anno fa un paio di questi matterelli decorati e anche allora mi misi all&#8217;opera anche se il primo lotto di biscotti non &nbsp;mi diedero soddisfazione.</span></span><br /><span><span>Alla fine segui la ricetta riportata sulla confezione e il risultato migliorò notevolmente.</span></span><br /><span><span>L&#8217;unica cosa che mi rende perplessa è l&#8217;uso della farina di riso da spargere sulla pasta frolla per far si che il matterello non vi resti appiccicato&#8230;</span></span><br /><span><span>Ho fatto anche dei biscotti con il cacao ma la farina di riso usata ne ha velato di bianco, ovviamente, l&#8217;aspetto.</span></span><br /><span><span>Altro problema è rappresentato dalla ridotta larghezza del matterello ma anche questo inconveniente è stato superato.</span></span><br /><span><span>Ma ora andiamo avanti con la ricetta.</span></span><br /><span><br /></span>

<p><span>Tempo di preparazione con il mixer : 5&#8242;</span><br /><span>Costo: Basso</span><br /><span>Difficoltà:*</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><i><b>INGREDIENTI</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>400 GR DI FARINA 00</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>200 GR DI BURRO</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>1 UOVO</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>100 GR DI ZUCCHERO A VELO</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>1 BUSTINA DI VANILLINA</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b>1 PIZZICO DI SALE</b></i></span><br /><span><i><b><br /></b></i></span><span>Porre nel boccale del mixer la farina, la vanillina, il pizzico di sale e il burro freddo di frigo a pezzetti.</span><br /><span>Azionare il robot fin quando si ottiene un composto granuloso.</span><br /><span>Unire lo zucchero a velo e mixare ancora.</span><br /><span>Per ultimo l&#8217;uovo meglio se grosso.</span><br /><span>Azionare il robot fin quando di forma una palla..</span><br /><span>Estrarla, lavorarla brevemente, dividerla in due o tre parti dando loro la forma rettangolare.</span><br /><span>Questo accorgimento sarà utile quando ci si accingerà a stenderla con il matterello.</span><br /><span>Porre in frigo per 30&#8242;.</span><br /><span>Ora &nbsp;prelevare una panetto e stenderlo su un piano infarinato con farina normale.</span><br /><span>Stendere la sfoglia con il matterello solito quindi ottenuto uno spesso di circa 5/6 mm cospargere con la farina di riso e usare il matterello decorato premendo con decisione sulla sfoglia e facendolo scorrere su tutta la sua lunghezza.</span><br /><span>La farina di riso, ripeto, è determinante affinchè il matterello non rimanga attaccato alla sfoglia e come del resto &nbsp;consigliato sul foglio allegato alla confezione.</span><br /><span><br /></span>

<p><span>Ora incidere con un tagliabiscotti da 5 cm di diametro o più grande se si preferisce.</span><br /><span>Sollevare la pasta frolla in eccedenza che va poi reimpastata e prelevare con delicatezza i biscotti disponendoli sulla placca del forno anche vicini tra loro&#8230;tanto con crescono né in altezza che in larghezza.</span><br /><span><br /></span>

<p><span>Ora infornare le teglie in forno preriscaldato, statico, alla temperatura di 180° per circa 12&#8242;/15&#8242;.</span><br /><span>Devono apparire dorati.</span><br /><span>Farli raffreddare e quindi porli &nbsp;in scatole di latta.</span><br /><span>Non dureranno molto ma se ne vengono preparati in quantità si conserveranno a &nbsp;lungo.</span><br /><span>Fare attenzione: sono molto fragili proprio per la lo struttura!</span></p>

<p><span>Ogni anno è sempre la solita storia.</span><br /><span>Giuro a me stessa di non fare più i biscotti di pan di zenzero da appendere sull&#8217;albero di Natale&#8230;</span><br /><span>Poi arrivata in odore di Natale appunto ( ma anche con largo anticipo), anche perché i nipotini se li aspettano, li preparo di nuovo&#8230;questa volta li ho fatti in due riprese &#8230;non finivo più non solo di infornare ma anche di decorarli.</span><br /><span>Li ho decorati TUTTI ma ho semplificato.</span><br /><span>Ho usato la glassa di un solo colore e come unica decorazione degli Smarties mini che avevo in casa.</span><br /><span><br /></span>

<p><span>La ricetta è tratta da un sito molto affidabile qual&#8217;è Giallo Zafferano</span><br /><span>Tempo di preparazione: 10&#8242; con il mixer</span><br /><span>Costo: Basso</span><br /><span>Difficoltà:*</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><br /></span><span><b><i>INGREDIENTI</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i><br /></i></b></span><span><b><i>5 GR DI ZENZERO IN POLVERE</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>1 PIZZICO DI CHIODI DI GAROFANO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>1 PIZZICO DI NOCE MOSCATA</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>5 GR DI CANNELLA</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>350 GR DI FARINA 00</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>2 GR DI BICARBONATO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>160 GR DI ZUCCHERO SEMOLATO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>110 GR DI BURRO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>1 UOVO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>1 PIZZICO DI SALE</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>50 GR DI MIELE MILLEFIORI</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i><br /></i></b></span><span><b><i>PER LA GLASSA</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i><br /></i></b></span><span><b><i>125 GR DI ZUCCHERO A VELO</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>POCO ALBUME&nbsp;</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i>QUALCHE GOCCIA DI SUCCO DI LIMONE</i></b></span><br /><span><b><i><br /></i></b></span><span>Per la misurazione esatta delle spezie ho usato dei cucchiaini graduati che ho acquistato da Tiger.</span><br /><span>Porre nel boccale del mixer la farina mescolata con il bicarbonato e le spezie.</span><br /><span>Azionare per qualche secondo quindi aggiungere il burro a pezzetti e di seguito tutti gli altri ingredienti azionando il robot ad ogni aggiunta.</span><br /><span>Formare una palla, lavorarla brevemente e porla &nbsp;in frigo per 30&#8242; ben avviluppata con pellicola trasparente.</span><br /><span>Passato questo tempo stendere la massa ad uno spessore che va dai 7 ai 10 mm.&nbsp;</span><br /><span>I biscotti devono essere un poco più spessi del normale.</span><br /><span>Forarli con uno spedino e porli mana mano che sono pronti su più teglie ricoperti da carta da forno.</span><br /><span>Infornare in forno in modalità statica alla temperatura di 175° per circa 12&#8242;/15&#8242;.</span><br /><span>Non perderli d&#8217;occhio.</span><br /><span>Far raffreddare perfettamente e quindi quando si è &#8220;comode&#8221; e si ha tempo sufficiente iniziare a decorali con appare in foto o come la fantasia e la manualità suggeriscono.</span><br /><span>Il foro attraverso il quale infileremo&nbsp; il cordoncino per appendere i biscotti sull&#8217;albero si può ulteriormente allargare quando sono ancora caldi con lo stecchino usato in precedenza.</span><br /><span>La glassa di prepara mescolando lo zucchero,&nbsp;con il poco albume e le gocce di limone.</span><br /><span>Non deve essere troppo soda e neanche colante.</span><br /><span>Inserire un beccuccio a punta fine in una sac a poche e procedere&nbsp;alla decorazione.</span><br /><span>E&#8217; importante che la glassa sia ben asciutta altrimenti i biscotti,&nbsp;eventualmente sovrapposti nella scatola di latta, potrebbero appiccicarsi l&#8217;un l&#8217;altro.</span><br /><span>Buon divertimento!!</span><br /><span><br /></span></p>

<p><span>A volte mi capita di avere dei suggerimenti circa l&#8217;utilizzo di alcuni ingredienti al supermercato&#8230;</span><br /><span>Come al solito, qualche tempo fa, vicino al banco della verdura &nbsp;ho attaccato bottone con una signora che, nel corso della breve conversazione, mi ha suggerito questa ricetta che ho prontamente realizzato&#8230;</span><br /><span>Ricetta che ha visto alla televisione nel corso di non so quale programma&#8230;</span><br /><span>Indubbiamente è una ricetta facile, a costo quasi pari a zero!!</span><br /><span>Chi tra di voi non ha a disposizione una patata, una cipolla, qualche pomodorino o pomodoro di maggiori dimensioni, una scatola di fagioli, del prezzemolo magari surgelato ( così si ha a disposizione al bisogno) e un cespo di insalata?</span><br /><span>Ed ecco un contorno con pochi ingredienti che si può preparare senza dover uscire di casa&#8230;</span><br /><span>I vegetariani, i vegani e gli intolleranti al glutine saranno contenti&#8230;spero!!!</span><br /><span><br /></span>

<p><span>Oggi propongo alle amiche queste girandoline deliziose..</span><br /><span>A dire il vero le ho preparate due volte di fila..</span><br /><span>Nella prima versione ho fatto la furba e ho usato la crema pasticciera da fare al &nbsp; momento &nbsp;..</span><br /><span>Ho fatto però l&#8217;errore di usare il latte indicato sulla confezione ( ne ho tolto solo 50 ml dal totale) &nbsp;e quindi non è venuta consistente come avrebbe dovuto essere..</span><br /><span>La ditta consiglia il giusto quantitativo ma sono io che avrei dovuto pensare che con la consistenza ottenuta ( giusta per un dolce normale) &nbsp;sarebbe scappata via da tutte le parti&#8230;</span><br /><span>Nella seconda versione l&#8217;ho preparata diligentemente a mano e la consistenza era giusta..</span><br /><span>Cosa dire di questi dolcetti??</span><br /><span>Si preparano in un &nbsp;momento&#8230;</span><br /><span>Non occorre alcuna abilità manuale ..</span><br /><span>Sono deliziosi e costano poco..</span><br /><span>Cosa desiderare di più????</span><br /><span><br /></span><span><br /></span>

<p><span>A Natale mia figlia mi ha regalato un bellissima macchinetta, definiamola così, che in pochi minuti mi ha permesso di &#8220;sfornare&#8221; i deliziosi dolcetti che appaiono nelle foto di inizio post&#8230;</span><br /><span>Mi sono limitata a copiare le ricette base contenute nel foglietto delle istruzioni allegato al piccolo elettrodomestico &nbsp;(Ariete)&#8230;</span><br /><span>Qualche cosa ho modificato rispetto alle ricette suggerite&#8230;</span><br /><span>Nel caso di questi cup cake ho ridotto di 1/3 lo zucchero ma per il resto mi sono attenuta fedelmente a quanto indicato&#8230;</span><br /><span>E ne ho preparato veramente a decine..sia con la dose intera che dimezzandola&#8230;</span><br /><span>Alcuni li ho conservati in freezer per usarli in altri modi e con altre decorazioni..</span><br /><span>Quella con il cioccolato fuso non mi ha creato problemi ma la successiva con il cioccolato bianco invece mi ha fatto dannare&#8230;</span></p>

<p><span>Trasferire i dolcettI su una gratella a raffreddare e procedere per fare la seconda cottura..</span><br /><span>I vani sono 7 quindi se si usa metà della dolse consigliata se ne ottengono 14&#8230;</span><br /><span>Ora si possono servire solamente spolverati con lo zucchero a velo ( che sono stati graditi dal mio nipotino che ha avuto invece &nbsp;delle perplessità nei confronti di quelli decorati con la glassa che &nbsp;sono piaciuti sia a mia figlia che alla mia nipotina..due golosone!!)</span><br /><span><br /></span>
