<div><span><span>&nbsp;Formate una classica fontana e man mano aggiungete poca acqua alla volta,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>l&#8217;olio e lavorate l&#8217;impasto per 10-15 minuti.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Ora spostatevi sul piano di lavoro leggermente infarinato,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>allargate l&#8217;impasto e unite il sale fino e un cucchiaino di zucchero,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>serve per la lievitazione.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Continuate a lavorare l&#8217;impasto fino ad ottenere un panetto liscio.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Lasciate lievitare la massa ben infarinata in una larga bacinella anch&#8217;essa infarinata,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>coprendo con un panno.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Fate riposare fino al raddoppio del volume.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Dopo che la massa è ben lievitata,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>rimaneggiate per formare le palline monoporzione,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>che verranno poi fatte lievitare di nuovo per 2 ore al coperto.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Dopo che i panetti sono lievitati, passiamo alla stesura.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Passiamo il panetto nella semola e stendiamo fino a formare un disco&nbsp;</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>sottile del diametro di 26 cm.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Scuotere la semola in eccesso e disponete il disco di pizza nella teglia rotonda</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>leggermente unta di olio.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span><br /></span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Riunite in una terrina i</span><i>&nbsp;</i><i>Carciofini </i><span>ben scolati dall&#8217;olio di conserva.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Tagliate la Mozzarella a dadini e asciugatela su carta assorbente da cucina.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Grattugiate il pecorino,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>unitelo nella terrina insieme alla mozzarella e ai carciofini.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Aggiustate di sapore.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span><br /></span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Ora distribuite il ripieno sul disco di pizza e ricoprite con il salame finocchiona</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>tagliata a fette sottili,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>se non lo trovate usate un altro salame.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Richiudete con l&#8217;altro disco di pasta e sigillate bene il bordo.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Lasciate lievitare per 30 minuti coperta con un telo.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Spennellate la superficie con l&#8217;olio d&#8217;oliva,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>bucherellate il disco per evitare che si gonfia in cottura,</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>cospargete con i semi di finocchio e infornate a 200°C per 25 minuti.</span></span></div>
<div><span><span>Sfornate e servite la pizza ben calda.</span></span></div>
