<p>Unite un uovo e continuate a montare con le fruste elettriche fino a farlo assorbire completamente. A questo punto unite la farina e continuate a mescolare prima con le fruste e successivamente con le mani fino a formare un panetto liscio compatto e omogeneo.</p>

Già la torta al cioccolato è un dolce goloso per tutti, se poi aggiungiamo nell&#8217;impasto del <span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a></span>cioccolato al latte o fondente a pezzetti e la farciamo con della golosissima mousse preparata con la crema alle nocciole e la panna, una squisitezza impagabile.</i></b>

<div><span><b><i>La Spirale al Caffè farcita con crema al cioccolato è una soffice brioche al caffè farcita con golosa crema al cioccolato della Rigoni di Asiago. La brioche è preparata con l&#8217;esubero di lievito madre, ma ovviamente è possibile usare il lievito di birra, <span><a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" name='more'></a></span>per il gusto del caffè ho usato la crema di caffè che si può trovare facilmente, ma è possibile usare anche del caffè ristretto o solubile; per farcire la brioche al caffè ho scelto due tipi di Nocciolata, così possiamo scegliere da quale gusto lasciarsi tentare.</i></b></span></div>

Questa ricetta contiene un pochino di caffè solubile, che con il cacao e le nocciole è davvero super. Anzi, la prossima volta mi sa che ne aggiungo un po&#8217; di più. Nella ricetta di oggi abbiamo usato per la farcitura la Nocciolata Bianca di Rigoni di Asiago&#8230; è deliziosa, e poi contiene il 30% di zuccheri in meno rispetto ad altre creme spalmabili quindi siamo anche più contenti, no? In alternativa potete usare altre creme spalmabili in commercio, oppure preparate da voi con la cioccolata avanzata dalle uova di Pasqua&#8230; qui e qui due idee. Buona pausa caffè!
