<div><span><b>Ingredienti per l&#8217;impasto</b>: semola di grano duro 500 g, acqua al 40%, due cucchiai d&#8217;olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva, un cucchiano di sale, 3/4 g di lievito di birra. L&#8217;impasto deve risultare morbido, ma non appiccicoso, e liscio. Fate riposare per mezz&#8217;oretta.</span></div>

<div><span>Suddividete gli spinaci in due ciotole: in una aggiungerete i pomodorini secchi a pezzetti, nell&#8217;altra invece metterete la provola a cubetti, l&#8217;uvetta e i pinoli. Irrorate entrambe con oilo extravergine d&#8217;oliva.</span></div>
