<p><strong>Preparazione</strong><br />
Lavare tagliare le zucchine a tocchetti ;  nella padella olio evo cipolla affettata , fare imbiondire la cipolla aggiungere le zucchine cuocere con un bicchiere di acqua , salare<br />
Lessare i mezzani con cottura al dente , finire la cottura nel condimento aggiungendo l&#8217;acqua di cottura , mantecare con la robiola e parmigiano<br />
